To Privatize or not to Privatize

Ladies and Gentlemen, for the last couple of years the WASCE and BECE results for our Alma mater have been abysmal. The Grammer School and International School have been topping the tables. This year we were NOT EVEN IN THE TOP FIVE. UNBELIEVABLE. We need to create a forum to find solutions to this situation. Grammar school has gone private. Is that a possibility for POW?
